Job Description

Summary: Regional Business Development Executive - First Sight role is responsible for exceeding both revenue and margin quotas within assigned geographical area with new prospective customers in the First Sight business segments. Strong prospecting, presenting and closing skills necessary with VP and C-Level executives.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual targets for sales goals in defined geography
  • Schedules and makes face to face regular calls to prospective new business opportunities
  • Provides regular input to sales leadership for strategic planning, sales forecasting and core process improvements from customer feedback.
  • Plans and participates in the development and delivery of all presentations to prospective customers.
  • Organizes, sets-up and attends any necessary client and/or industry trade shows.
  • Maintains all prospect information including pipeline and appointments within the company CRM
  • Obtains competitive intelligence and stays current on market trends and industry developments along with the capabilities, vulnerabilities and intentions of relevant business competitors.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong initiative, prospecting skills, written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Communicates proactively, knows when to escalate in problem situations and is comfortable dealing with all levels within an organization.
  • Able to deliver sales presentations with business acumen.
  • Ability to evaluate, coordinate and communicate customer requirements effectively.
  • Able to work well under pressure, meet key deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to collect and analyze data and develop financial models for pricing and profitability analysis.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Galls Intranet, GQ, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Able to define and delegate appropriate work assignments to designated internal support team members
  • 3-5 years of sales, direct marketing, territory management, customer service
