EnviroScience (ES) is seeking to add highly capable senior civil engineers to manage our Compliance Services practice area at our Nashville TN and Richmond VA offices. Our ideal candidates will have experience in fast-paced, multifaceted areas of engineering including, industrial compliance, stormwater engineering, and water resources.

This position will be accountable for:
* Demonstrates and personifies an attitude of professionalism, customer service, work ethic and the positive spirit for all employees in the office.
* Oversees and directs all engineering projects, business development, and accounting activities for the office.
* Project management, supervision, and oversight of engineering projects and working with other professional staff.
* The senior engineer will take an active role in project design, permitting and document preparation, managing budgets and timelines, and performing due diligence .
* Prepare technical scopes of work and budgets for proposals and technical reports.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a design minded, environmentally focused individual with the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 10 years' experience is required.
* Experience shall include project management of stormwater, compliance, and environmental engineering projects.
* State Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
* Ability to work independently and multi-task regularly in a fast-paced environment with multiple changes.
* Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required and experience with Hydraflow, HEC-RAS or other hydraulic and hydrologic modelling is a plus.
* Multidisciplinary background containing a mixture of engineering, science, and regulatory skills.
* Strong management skills including participation in management meetings, strategic planning, and establishing revenue goals and departmental/office budgets.
