Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Base Salary: $45,000-$65,000 per annum based on experience
Commission Schedule:
* 3% on gross rental revenues.
* 1.5% on gross rental revenues for machines that are onboarded by you, commission earned when machines are rented.
* RPO Rental Purchase Option conversion 1.5% of the net sales.

Primary Territory: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Florida, New York, East Coast (looking for highly motivated rental sales specialist)
Job Description:
Responsible for expanding our customer base and fostering long-term relationships with clients through effective lead generation, nurturing contacts, and utilizing various sales approaches.
Key Responibilites:
* Lead Generation and Management: Proactively generate new leads through Rubbl, market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Manage and nurture leads converting them into rental opportunities.
* Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Use CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
* Equipment Rentals/Onboarding Equipment: Focus on driving rental revenue and onboarding equipment.
* Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to tap into new markets and customer segments.
* Collaboration and Networking: Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Network with industry professionals and participate in trade shows and conferences.
* Customer Service and Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Build and maintain strong relationships with rental coordination and service management team members to ensure quality customer satisfaction.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the equipment inventory in the markets you serve, features, and benefits to effectively match client needs.
* Feedback: Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Prefer potential candidates that already have experience in the equipment rental space, but not a requirement. Hybrid position, but the job requires visiting jobsites, setting up meetings with contractors, attending AGC events and more.
