The Warehouse Inventory Clerk is responsible for verifying all card orders received and that it contains the correct number of cards ordered. It will involve opening each carton, counting the cards to verify they contain what the packing slip shows, re-sealing the boxes, stacking the boxes on a pallet and using a pallet-jack, placing the pallets in the vault.

Major Responsibilities:

• Research and correct inventory discrepancies.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Preform cycle counts to maintain inventory.
• Stock inventory in designated locations.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift to move inventory in warehouse.
• Assist with other inventory handling, tasks and projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Excellent PC and Excel Skills;
• Inventory Control experience, ISO familiarity preferred;
• Excellent at problem solving and strong attention to detail;
• Prior experience with RF scanners, cherry pickers, pallet jack, sit down/stand up fork lifts;
• Ability to lift heavy objects and preform physical tasks as required;
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment;

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Ability to work a designated shift and overtime as required, may include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends;
• 1 year Inventory Control experience, ISO preferred;

Qualifications:

• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary;
• Ability to work independently and effectively with a diverse workforce and in a diverse environment;
• Ability to follow processes and work independently;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Willingness to learn and complete a variety of tasks/processes in production;
• Reliability through good attendance, punctuality and cooperation;
• Prior RF Scanner, cherry picker, pallet jack and fork lift experience preferred;

Physical demands:

• Ability to be present in the facility and work a minimum of 40 hours per week;
• Hours are minimum 40 hours per week during company's regular business hours however evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand;
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus;
• Work is in a typical production environment; prolonged standing required (1-2 hours at a time); ability to move around the facility; reach, bend, stoop; lifting up to 50lbs regularly.
