The Business Operations Analyst formulates models and uses data analytic techniques and other methods to develop and interpret information that assists management and provides a guide to decision making. This position gathers data from the information system, sales area, market behavior, costs, and gross profit to determine sales practices.

Essential Functions

• Gather and analyze data from information systems, sales, market behavior, costs, and expected gross profit to carry out forecasting models for managers to review. The tools used for this task are POS System, Data warehouse, Tableau/ Data visualization software, SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and Python software.
• Create custom reports summarizing industry and financial trends, business data using databases and advanced spreadsheets. Make recommendations for action for best business strategy.
• Analyze business data from customer requirements, bills of materials, availability of materials in the market and inventory stock to create sales estimates. The tools for this task are POS System, Microsoft Excel, and Market analysis.
• Monitor and manage the flow of the billing process, order preparation operation, and delivery of customer orders by using POS System, and Google sheets.
• Manage flow of business intelligence by gathering and analyzing data from delivery schedules requirements, delivery records, delivery vehicles availability, and production performance. Carry out descriptive and forecasting models.
• Create business intelligence tools and technical design to optimize the supply chain. Ensure accurate development and solutions by using Google sheets, advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau/ Data visualization software, and Python software.
• Maintain and provide support for visualizations, dashboards, databases, and other business intelligence tools.
• Test visualizations, dashboards, and scalable analytics for accuracy and consistency of data-driven insights and KPI trends. Identify root cause analysis. The tools used for these tasks are Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau/Data visualization software and Python

Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, computer Science, engineering or related. 2 years experience in any occupation in which the required skills and experience was gained.
