A South Bay professional services firm is looking for a Finance Manager due to company growth. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, reporting, and acting as a subject matter expert for their planning tool. What do you need for this Finance Manager role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- 6+ years of finance experience
- Experience with using a financial planning tool or ERP system
- Advanced Excel
- Experience working in a mid-sized or large organization
What will you do in this Finance Manager role?
- Lead and oversee the reporting and planning
- Support month-end close and produce various reports related to the P&L, capex, and cash flow
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Manage IT requests for sales insights and performance management
- Assist with automation and process improvement projects
- Maintain and own the system implementation process

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
