Job Summary

The role supports the end-to-end due diligence strategy and execution, in partnership with key leadership, cross-functional people teams, and corporate development stakeholders. The Field Sales Integration Lead oversees the Pre Work, Training, & Post GO Live Support, leveraging automation and repeatable innovation when possible.

Role will further support the delivery of the Artemis Sales harmonization agenda, which includes supporting the Field Sales team through colocation, consolidation, integration, implementing harmonized sales standards, and achieving sales productivity targets and expected synergies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for serving as overall migration implementation support for the Residential & Commercial Field Sales teams to ensure newly required practices are integrated smoothly and without disruption.

  • Performs due diligence on target practices by summarizing current operating policies and practices and developing recommendations for addressing any identified gaps
  • Coordinate change management with key leaders and oversee the Inside Sales integration process.
  • Conduct Post Go Live Support through Ride Alongs with newly migrated acquisitions
  • Collaborates with all Sales stakeholders to lead and drive the Sales Training and Migration process from start to finish
  • Ensures streamlined and cost-effective development and implementation of repeatable Sales processes and systems.
  • Exceptional problem identification, solving and analytical skills with an ability to structure complex problems and develop mitigation strategies
  • Lead the Sales evaluation for potential acquisition targets and voice the Sales recommendation based on the company compatibility, strengths, and weaknesses of both the organization, Sales processes, and people
  • Train the Sales team on critical people and change issues
  • Educate the Sales teams on updated technology/tools with ongoing field education and implementation.
  • Function as an advisor to leadership on various transition issues involving culture, productivity, working environment and communications
  • Align Sales policies, programs and practices using selected Sales systems
  • Maintain ongoing change management and employee communications throughout the implementation

Required Experience

  • 3+ years work experience in Sales with Sales M&A/Deal experience preferred
  • Preferred areas of Sales Experience include
    • Sales leadership, coaching, training or development
    • Sales Mergers and Acquisitions
    • Sales CRM principles, practices, and Sales Technology applications
    • Data analysis
    • Change Management and Communications across multiple projects simultaneously
  • BA/BS Preferred
  • Proficient in Google Applications such as Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets. Working knowledge of Smartsheets.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong understanding of Sales and integration strategies
  • Collaborative Mindset with Strong Relationship Management within cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead presentation/training classes.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
